For standard menu items, we recommend ordering at least 2-3 days in advance. For custom cakes and large orders, please allow at least 1-2 weeks notice to ensure we can accommodate your request and create something truly special.
Yes! We can accommodate many dietary requirements including egg-free, nut-free, and gluten-free options. Please mention your dietary needs when placing your order and we'll do our best to create something delicious that works for you.
Once you place an order through our website, we review it and confirm availability. You'll then receive an invoice via email with payment details. We accept bank transfer and major credit cards. Payment is due before pickup/delivery.
You can modify or cancel your order up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup/delivery date. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may incur a partial charge.
Most of our cakes should be stored in the refrigerator and brought to room temperature 30 minutes before serving. Pastries are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for 2-3 days. Puddings and jellies should always be refrigerated.
